Lo-Cal Pain Killer Cocktail

This seems like a great place to kick-off our NearlyAllThings blog.  With the weather getting warmer, tropical drinks are on our mind.  What goes together better than pineapple and coconut?  Pain Killers are great tropical drinks but they pack a ton of calories.  Here is our low-cal version that has just as much flavor without all the guilt:


  • Full glass of ice
  • CÎROC™ Coconut vodka*
  • 3 oz pineapple juice (canned or fresh) – amount will vary based on your preference
  • 2 – 3 oz unsweetened coconut milk

*Can substitute with coconut rum.
