I love me some workout classes – but let’s face it with work, kids, and life in general, something has to give ….at least sometimes.  So, what’s a girl to do if you want to strength train at home but you don’t want to invest in a lot of expensive equipment?  Ahem – to those of you who don’t think this post pertains to you – think again, especially if you are entering or moving past your 40s – we are losing muscle mass every decade ladies!  That is why it’s crazy important to incorporate strength training in your weekly routine.
We’ve even made it easy for you and found an inexpensive solution – Black Mountain Products resistance bands!  This set of five resistance bands let’s you create a great workout from anywhere – they are even travel-friendly which is a total bonus!

The set includes 5 bands, two handles, a door anchor, and an ankle strap – so you can get a great workout for your upper and lower body.  While each band has its own resistance, you can also easily clip and combine the bands to increase resistance (from 4 – 75 lbs).  Better yet, all Black Mountain Products come with a manufacturer’s lifetime waranty.
