So I am a true junkie of protein powder. For one its easy to get your protein in this way because its just more convenient than whipping up some chicken breasts. Throw either of these in a blender with with ice and milk alternative and your done. Best of all (if you have the right powder) you feel like you’re having a sweet treat. If you’re smart you’ll add berries and some greens to get your daily dose of those as well. So, I’m sharing with you the two best that I have found in all my years of trying this stuff out.
First up is ISO 100 Dymatize Protein Powder Chocolate Peanut Butter. This tastes like a peanut butter cup just on its own. And, if you add a little more PB to it – even better. It can even mask spinach! It comes in a variety of sizes you can try it first before investing in the 5lbs.
Next up is my newest favorite iHeartmacros All Natural Vanilla Cream Protein Isolate. It is a dream come true! You can literally mix it in anything, it never upsets my stomach or gives me gas (some of them do and it sucks). I love this one and this flavor because you can add it to so many things, even bake with it. It doesn’t have that fake sugar taste, blends easy and its just a good way to up your protein game.
