Spicy, Low-Carb egg wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • Low carb tortilla 
  • Arugula 
  • Spicy laughing cow cheese – 1 triangle 
  • Chopped jalapeños 
 
Spicy Laughing Cow Cheese

Directions:

Scramble your eggs whites in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.  Transfer your scrambled eggs to the wrap.  Add arugula, and sliced cheese on top of your eggs.  Add your chopped jalapeños.  Wrap it up and eat it – it’s delicious!
