I’m letting you in on some of my secrets. These are products I use over and over again. I personally love all of these healthy products. All of them have made me feel better in some way or another. I’m hoping you can enjoy them as I have.

Yukon Electrolyte Elixir 4 ounce

I add this to all of my waters as well as to my kids water. These are true electrolytes, nothing hidden in there. I have found I feel 100% better keeping myself in balance.

Ultima Hydrating Electrolyte Powder, Blue Raspberry

This checks all the boxes – it’s gluten-free, plant-based, and has magnesium, potassium, and calcium. I also add this to my water daily because I get totally bored of plain water. I will mix this and the Yukon product listed here as well. You can not have too many electrolytes. I have only had the lemonade flavor but this is in my amazon cart as I write.

Xtend Original Bcaa Powder – Post Workout Muscle Recovery Drink

So, if you train in the gym, run or do anything physical, I highly recommend this product. Use it during your workout and after for muscle recovery. I love this watermelon explosion flavor, it takes me back to the watermelon jolly rancher days. It seriously tastes exactly like that! I have found if I have this with me at my workouts I pound down twice as much water as I normally would.

Bulletproof Brain Octane MCT Oil

I still will make a bulletproof coffee on days that I am intermittent fasting. This helps you make it through your fast so you don’t break it. You can add this to tea or coffee to give your brain a boost. I will talk to you all about intermittent fasting soon so stay tuned.

PROPLANT Complete Shake

I have been using this shake at least once a day. Either for a snack or a meal. It is incredibly good tasting, it seriously fills you up for a long time. And, it has just about everything you need in it. It is pricey but I really love it and so do my kids. I buy 3 at a time.

Congaplex (Chewable) – by Standard Process

I am no doctor but I have been to a few and my homeopathic doctor swears by these. I buy the chewable version and always have them on hand. If you take these at the onset of a cold/scratchy throat, it will shorten ( if not blast out) your crappy sickness. My kids take this as well and I have literally seen it work before my eyes.

Boiron – Oscillococcinum 30 Dose, 200 ck, 30 dose

I am no doctor but I have been to a few and my homeopathic doctor, swears by these. I buy the chewable version and always have them on hand. If you take these at the onset of a cold/scratchy throat, it will shorten if not blast out of you your crappy sickness. My kids take this as well and I have literally seen it work before my eyes.
