Ok guess what? It’s Cinco de Mayo time! Yeah, you all know what that means, drink margarita’s, eat chips and salsa, and don’t forget tacos!!! If you know me, you know I love Mexican food so this is one holiday I celebrate more than once a year – most weeks I aim for at least once a week – I said I love Mexican!
Anyway, this holiday gives you a free pass to all this awesome food and drink. So here ya go… my go-to margarita that is pretty low in calories.

Low-Cal Pain Killer
With the weather getting warmer, tropical drinks are on our mind. What goes together better than pineapple and coconut? Pain Killers are great tropical drinks but they pack a ton of calories. Here is our low-cal version that has just as much flavor without all the guilt:
- Full glass of ice
- CÎROC™ Coconut vodka*
- 3 oz pineapple juice (canned or fresh) – amount will vary based on your preference
- 2 – 3 oz unsweetened coconut milk
*Can substitute with coconut rum.
